KYLE SLEIGHT, DNP, FNP-C
OWNER, MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Kyle has spent over 16 years embracing the art of healing, nurturing a deep love for medicine and holistic patient care. His journey in learning led him to earn a doctorate as a nurse practitioner from Rocky Mountain University. With rich experience in the operating room, Kyle brings a unique blend of surgical expertise and compassionate care to his patients.
At Utah Valley, Kyle found his groove in neurosurgery, earning the trust and admiration of those around him. Now, as the heart and soul behind Maple Mountain Clinic, Kyle continues to foster a space of wellness and healing, guiding a vibrant clinic known for its patient-first philosophy.
Mental health is Kyle’s true calling, inspired by the personal journey he shared with his wife through her postpartum depression. This experience has infused his practice with a deep commitment to supporting the mental well-being of his community.
When he’s not in the clinic, Kyle is a nature enthusiast, finding peace and joy in hiking, camping, hunting, golfing, and soaking up precious moments with his wife and two daughters.
ASHLEY SLEIGHT, RDH
CO- OWNER, OFFICE MANAGER
Ashley is the vibrant office manager and co-owner of Maple Mountain Clinic. With roots spread across Utah, she calls Delta, UT, her true home. After graduating in 2015 with a degree in dental hygiene, she met her soulmate, Kyle. They started a family and Ashley thrived in her career for eight years until her neck and back whispered it was time for a change. Embracing her free spirit and Kyle's nurse practitioner expertise, she dove into the world of nursing and is now just a month away from conquering the NCLEX. At Maple Mountain Clinic, Ashley is your go-to guide for scheduling and prepping for ketamine infusion sessions, helping with payment, and answering all your burning questions about treatments. She's also your ally in the journey of weight loss, specializing in GLP-1 medications and lipotropics. Ashley brings a touch of sunshine and a sprinkle of joy to everything she does, making every patient's experience as uplifting as a walk in the Utah wilderness.
SAVANNAH COLLARD, BSN, RN
LEAD INFUSION MANAGER
Savannah, the lead nurse manager at Maple Mountain Clinic, radiates a unique blend of professionalism and free-spirited charm. Her journey in healthcare began as a phlebotomist at Canyon View, where she balanced her work with nursing school for 2.5 years. Graduating in 2021, Savannah embraced her calling in medical-surgical nursing before transitioning to Prime, where she mastered the art of IV therapy. For the past two years, she has been spreading her positive energy and expertise at a neuro clinic.
Savannah's soul thrives in the great outdoors. Whether she's hunting, camping, paddleboarding, riding dirt bikes, or galloping on horseback, she finds peace and inspiration in nature. A lover of reading and crafting, Savannah enjoys the simple joys of life and infuses her creative spirit into everything she does. Her warm, holistic approach to patient care and her zest for life make her an irreplaceable part of Maple Mountain Clinic's family.
LOCATION
Our clinic is conveniently located on the west side of I-15 in Springville, sharing a space with Bob Moses Ceramic Coating. Since opening in November 2023, we have enjoyed building strong connections within the community. Our vision has always been to provide affordable access to ketamine therapy, ensuring it reaches those who desperately need it. Throughout our journey, we have discovered the profound impact of ketamine therapy in transforming lives for the better.
Looking ahead, we are committed to continuing this mission by expanding our services and reaching even more individuals in need. We plan to introduce new and innovative treatments, offer comprehensive support, and foster a welcoming and compassionate environment. Our dedication to changing lives remains unwavering, and we strive to make a lasting difference in the health and well-being of our patients.
